Do you take one-time projects?
Yes. We take one-time projects as well as ongoing work, and you can use one service or combine several.
Do you offer cold storage?
Yes. Our temperature-controlled cooler rooms keep perishable and temperature-sensitive products cold, and they ship from the same building.
Can you receive freight from my supplier?
Yes. We unload palletized freight, and loose, non-palletized loads as well.
Can you drop ship to my customers?
Yes. We ship single orders straight to your customers' homes, and bulk orders to businesses, by ground across the country.
How is pricing set?
Storage is priced per pallet per month. Pick and pack is priced per package, with a charge for each additional item, and case fulfillment per case. Loading and unloading is priced per pallet, and other work is billed by the hour. Warehousing and fulfillment each have a monthly minimum. Ask for a quote and we'll send current rates.
Are you a 3PL?
Yes. A 3PL, or third-party logistics provider, stores and ships products for other businesses. We do that from our warehouse in Benton Harbor, MI, and we also pack, repackage and assemble products before they ship.
